Got a new toy and made 18 lbs of sausage

It was going to rain today so I told Kimmie I wanted to make some breakfast sausage and I wanted a toy to help the process  ;)

Went to Gander Mtn and picked up a LEM poly bag tape machine.  Kimmie loves it and she good with it. Beats hand tying all those bags and she was the one tying them up so really it's her toy  :D :D :D 

The second picture is just some of the sausage we stuck in the fridge

I will be bringing HOT and MILD sausage to the cookout.   From what I can tell there is some MSG in the mix so Cliff I'll try and make something without MSG for you
