Made a couple of seared pork chops in the Uuni 2.
They were brined then dried and given a light coating of Hickory Smoked Salt...
Drink for the cook...
Into the Uuni 2 they go...
Plated with garlic cheese bread...
It is tough to get a good sear on brined chops because the liquids that they release when cooking but the Uuni 2 did not disappoint. The chops had great flavor and were cooked perfectly
