DONE!

Sauce is equal parts may/sour cream with a spicy amt of horseradish. This is the best pulled pork I ever made. Its also the first,LOL!

Added 1/2 cup fresh apple juice to pork.Toasted the buns. The skin is hard and just like chicharonnes( I actually spelled that correctly, wow!),very good, might just have to make that by itself.

For a first cook very cool. Now to make pulled pork burritos, pulled pork with coleslaw, with BBQ sauce, that pulled pork will go a long way.

THANK YOU TOMMY!

I always keep a supply of pulled pork on hand. It is so versatile and easy to individual vac seal portions and freeze. It will keep for months.

Great looking pulled pork. Does not look like your first time making it Spuds!

Great looking pork. Actually some people like the Picnic better than the butt. It has a more hammy taste.
