The First cook was simple. Breakfast, hash browns with onions & yellow bell pepper, sausage, few cottage fries & over easy eggs.
The griddle was preseasoned & fits perfectly on the camp cooker.
It has a couple heat diffusers to fit over burners & heated very evenly.
Only thing that stuck were hash browns in a couple places.
For cleaning just scraped & wiped with a couple paper towels.
