Carne Asada on the Blackstone
« Reply #-1 on: October 24, 2014, 10:04:10 PM »
Our new son-in-law Jordan (he married Wendy's oldest daughter Alyssa  this last Saturday)wanted to do his Grandma's old fashioned carne asada and I said Heck yeah

He took some skirt steak and marinated it with various citrus and veggies and rolled em up and stuck them in the fridge last night to get happy for tonights cook

Off to the grill we go:

Some Colorado Kool-Aid for flavor

Here they are flipped, setting on top of the veggies

All chopped up, ready for plating up

He also made his Grandma's rice and beans.....oh yeah, Old Smoke had two helpings  :P :P :P :P  Thanks Jordan  8)

Got Smoke?
