I wanted try a turkey my weber. I pulled one out of the freezer earlier this week to let it defrost in the fridge for a few days. I was going to brine it but I never got around to it. I was going to set it in a pan using the roasting racks but I did not have one that was the right size, either too small or too large, so I decided to put a drip pan under the bird and let it cook away.

Grill set-up for indirect cooking but not low and slow, with a drip pan. I am going to try making gravy. I have a couple of jars just in case.

First hour I rotated and added about 10 more bricks and some more wood. I want to keep the temp between 350-400
