The rules are simple: the person that recruits the most new members will receive an autographed copy of Mastering BBQ - by Chef Michael Stines.  Please recruit folks from among those that you know of thru other BBQ boards first, and hopefully - those that you respect for their cooking AND their people skills, and encourage them to not just sign up - but to post as well.
Mastering BBQ is a great book  - not just for the tips and tricks included  - but the numerous recipes as well. Not all fluff and picture - it is full of real information.

YOU NEED to have the person mention that you referred them, in order for us to track the numbers properly.

Now - go have fun with it. You will enjoy having Chef Michael's book. AND - if you already have the book - we can arrange for a different prize if you wish ( but the book would make a great gift !)

Absolutley! Go out there and get the best players from other sites that you all are familiar with. Good folks that like to cook outdoors. That needs to be the basis of the site. Amount of experience is not as important as personality. The experience part comes from exposure to other good cooks. And that - is YOU!
