Summary of my latest cooks

After I was declared missing by some of you guys, I hereby want to assure you that I'm still alive. And when I found some time, I cooked some food. Here's a summary of my latest cooks:

Goulash with red wine and jalapenos:



Lipstye Strip Loin Bone-in Dry Aged:



Chicken Cordon bleu:



Himmel und Ääd - which is blood pudding sausage with apples, potatoes and onions:



Panko-Parmesan crusted Wings:



Venison:



Rack of lamb:



Pancakes from the griddle:

Just rediscovered your blog, so many wonderful cooks on there!   It's amazing to me that google can translate the whole thing from German to English so quickly!!
