First couple of days have been like drinking from a fire hose
My new guys have welcomed me and have told me they are glad I got the job based on what they have seen about my leadership ability throughout the years. They are excited to start working with me and me with them. A couple of my close advisors said I am a lot more aggressive then the last supervisor and that is what they needed.
There are lots of moving parts and so much supervisor training, lots of training
