SD, glad to hear that your surgury went well. Backs are not easy to fix. Now heal fast and if you need anything....I'll send Pam over. She's just 10 minutes away.

Know you're glad the surgery is behind you.   Been there, TWICE.   Stenosis, right side between l-5 and S-1.   Not successful first time, so they went back in and placed what doctor called a "doohickey."   Yeah, right, a $30,000 doohickey!   But it worked and that has been over five years ago now.   Just behave yourself, don't overdo.   Have you in our prayers for a speedy recovery.

Good luck Don!! The hardest part I had was taping saran wrap to my back incision before showering when I had to do it myself :)
