Plus, it came from the wife and from the heart.  Heck my GF got me a Food Saver for Christmas, she's the best, too ! ! !

Like every other cooker, this one has its strong points and some areas where it doesn't shine, too.  It can put out some fantastic food when used well for its strengths.  Use it!  Learn those and have fun.  Grow.  Then, if you find you want some other capabilities, expand as necessary.  You'll note that a lot of us on this forum have a "collection" of cookers.  There's a reason

I have an XL BGE and I really enjoy cooking on it. My go to grille is my MAK only out of laziness, but on a nice warm day I really enjoy lighting up the egg and cooking on it.
