Trying to stay busy while waiting on the Rec-Tec
« Reply #-1 on: February 02, 2015, 12:12:36 PM »
Kimmie knows I'm like a kid at Christmas when I have a cooker on the way  :D :D    So she decides now would be a good time to build a table she's been wanting for the living room to keep me busy.  Here she is learning how to lay tile from my brother in law.  Me teaching her would be like someone telling there child how to do something in one ear and out the other but if someone else does it, it sticks

It's 3/4in x12 in board 4 ft long with tile on top and will be on sides as well

Here is the start of the table top, will grout Tuesday and seal Wed or Thursday.

 Will post completed table soon

Tommy - this is keeping you busy how?  ;) ;D ;D

My brother has the same tile on his kitchen wall / backsplash. Very nice!

Looking forward to the progress.

It was to keep me busy,  but teaching her how to wouldn't work so we went over to my sisters house so she could do it.

 I just sat and watched  :D :D :D :D :D :D   Dreamed about all the things I'm gonna cook on the Rec-Tec ;)

You might want to check with Rec-Tec about it being due Tuesday afternoon. That might be when it is due to the shipping hub, if that is the case they will call you sometime Tuesday morning to set up a probable Wednesday delivery.........hey...this aint Smokes first rodeo........... ;) ;)

The Rec-Tec has been in the hub since Friday last  :(  Just couldn't get off work to drive the 30 miles over to pick it up.

Should be here around 2 pm today!  :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
