Patty Melt
« Reply #-1 on: February 05, 2015, 09:56:07 PM »
I remember the days of eating out in the '70s, menus consisted of Monte Cristos, Chef Salads, Tuna Melts, Open faced Roast Beef Sammies, Chili Size and of course the Patty Melt  8)

Here is Wendys take on a coffee shop classic:  buttered sourdough bread grilled on both sides, Muenster cheese for both slices, grilled onions and 77/27 patties.....I toss in the Roast Rub...all I need now is some red tuck and roll booth with a candle with netting over it and I am all set for some retro dining  8)

Got Smoke?
