Oh, man, that looks tasty!   Only one problem:   how am I gonna list that on my food diary for my dietician?   Hmmm, let's see--WELL cooked bacon--say ten slices, well drained browned ground beef, low fat cheddar cheese and the usual lettuce and tomatoes--say half a cup.   Think she'd let that fly without using up all of her red ink?   LOL
