4000 lbs. of Sausage?

Just a little tid bit I thought was interesting. I just went to my butchers Kah Meats and they were all busy as bees, making up 4000 lbs of sausage, some were special order and some was for him. He told me his sausage stuffer would do 150 lbs and stuff it in less time than it took him to put the casings on the tube. I took a look in the back and I never saw so much sausage! Don

Can you imagine such a machine,wow!!!!Looked em up on web,you are lucky to have them.
