Sunday dinner

Brined thick cut pork chop and doctored baked beans.

Brine for chops
2 cups dark beer
Cup apple juice
1/4 cup salt
2 cloves garlic - smashed
Dissolve salt in liquids, add garlic and chops
Marinate for 2-4 hours
Rinse chops and season; I used Black jack grill season
Grill over fire

Beans doctored with 1/4 BBQ and teaspoon (or so) of habanero death dust
