Last night I gave a talk about the Confederacy and its history as it relates to the current "discussion" to a group of folks. Sometime toward the end of the evening the subject of love briefly came up and the different kinds of love.
Well, I woke of this morning with this thought going through my head: Young love is like kuduz in that it is wild and all consuming. Old love is like a big, mature oak tree that has strong, deep roots which can withstand the most vicious storms.
