My oldest daughter is getting more into cooking and it is fun to watch. I am trying to stand back and only step in when she asks (sometimes hard to do...)
Tonight she and her BF Will wanted to do home made pizza on the grill - yikes! But I said sure. They started with some pre-made dough (good idea for the first try.) I have some pictures below as they prepped the pizza. Unfortunately, I had a client call and missed the grilling / finish for pictures. They did save me a couple of slices - if you like garlic (I do) it was great!
The pizzas had at least 5 - 6 garlic cloves, a 1/4 onion, 1/2 tomato, and a ton of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. VERY garlicky - but really good! They are getting their chops. It's fun to watch them. So here are some of the pep pics - promise to get finished pics next time.
