Sunday Frittata
« Reply #-1 on: July 19, 2015, 12:17:45 PM »
This morning after several cups of java, I needed breakfast, and soon! After exploring the possibilities,  frittata it is!
This conglomerate of flavors included farm fresh eggs, homemade smoked bratwurst, yukon gold potates, diced garlic,  salt-cured black olives, fresh basil, S&P, Tajin seasoning, and shredded pepper-Jack on top. Very nice a good blend!  :D
