Your steak looks fabulous..I do mine a lil different..I heat 2 pans to screaming hot and put steak in the center. I have a gas stove and love it. I burn everything on electric which is what my hubby had and when we moved into our house, 25 years ago, I told him, no gas, no cooking..guess who won?  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
