First pulled pork
« Reply #-1 on: October 21, 2015, 10:51:24 PM »
Got the Vision up to 250. Had found a bag of pecan chunks at clearance in Krogers of all places.

4lb pork butt. Cooked to 200. Rested wrapped. Spritzed with apple cider vinegar at the end.

Got every one of my kids to enjoy it. Which is no small feat. Loving this cooker!
