Mine didn't look quite as good as anything here, but it was pretty tasty.  I had a bit of rare meat from the center of my bone-in rib roast leftover.  I cut it up and browned it in a skillet to finish cooking then made a steak salad out of it.  I made a joke on my FB feed that I lost a lot of "Yinzer" cred in that I didn't have any french fries to top the salad.  This is how you get teenage boys to eat salad, BTW.
