"Seasonal" Opportunity for Pastrami

Ah, it's that time of year again -- some stores will discount the corned beef briskets they stocked up on for St. Patrick's Day.  Therein lies an opportunity for some mighty fine pastrami.  It takes time, but not much work and the results are delicious.  All you need is corned beef brisket, a few spices, your smoker, and a little time.
