They announced they are opening one of these in Minneapolis. Evidently only 13 in the country. Looked at some pictures on Yelp. Looks like a cross between Restaurant Depot and a regular Costco.
Anybody been to one? Do you need a separate membership?

Same membership.  We have one here by me in Fife WA .  They do have more bulk meat packs than a standard Costco  and it's a few cents cheaper per lb that normal store .

We have one in Lynnwood WA.  We go there from time to time.  Same membership as the regular Costco.  They have a mix of the same things as the regular Costco along with a lot of restaurant-style product.  We like to go there for things like Cliff Bars (you can get a whole box of the same kind instead of mixed boxes) - also a great place for kitchen towels, gadgets, cutlery, etc.  Our Daughter got her first apartment this year at college and we pretty much outfitted the kitchen from the Costco Business Center.  A better selection of summer picnic items like paper plates, cups, etc as well as a great selection of home office products.  Definitely worth a look.
