Goodies in the freezer!

I am home today goofing off, killing time as I didn't have anything scheduled for work today. I went snooping around in one of the freezers and found some goodies vac sealed and frozen. Half of a brisket point, half of a sirloin tip roast, 80% of a pork loin, half of a mojo pork butt, 2 pounds of cubed brisket (flat and point trimmed) for chili at some point, at least 2-3 pounds of various brisket pieces, two 1 pound bags of pulled pork,  two 1 pound bags of home ground chuck with added brisket fat (great for burgers!). Out in one of the freezers in the garage I found some pork chops and 2 pork butts (not cooked yet) and a bunch of chicken! I didn't know I had half of that stuff, lol.

We can all watch Tombstone and probably do it w/o the sound on and just break out the quotes as it rolls along, lol. I bet we could! I've seen that movie so many times but it never gets old. Val NAILED that role. Actually, so did the rest of them. Very very good movie. Caj and I actually know a cameraman that filmed that movie. Maybe we can get him to join here, he has lots of grills, he's a fellow sicko like myself and Caj (and the rest of us!) :P
