conecuh sausage and bacon
« Reply #-1 on: May 23, 2016, 11:42:55 AM »
While I was cooking burgers yesterday I thought I'd toss some Conecuh sausage wrapped in bacon and rubbed with Super Pig Plus!

(Conecuh sausage, which is a local sausage made in LA (lower Alabama) one of my favorites .)

Placed them on the home built pellet pooper for about 1.5 hrs plus added hickory smoke the my amazing smoker tube

If your not into HOT rubs try 25/75    25% BAD BYRONS TO 75% SUPER PIG

Super Pig plus can be used it the SRG/TBE  but be fore warned lots of sugar to burn so be careful

If you ever have a chance to try Kelley's sausage from South Alabama it is really good too. My wife prefers it to Conecuh.
