« Reply #-1 on: June 11, 2016, 10:42:40 PM »
Saturday is normally next weeks "Food Prep Day".
First up is:

Taking what I tilled and Sweetie planted:

Which Sweertie nurtured into this:

Which produced this:

Which Swieetie  turned into a pot of deliciousness simmering away:

Second up was:
My Three Day Spare Ribs experiment:
Ribs washed, membrane removed, trimmed, rubbed applied and Vac Pac to suck in that rub.  Mike is will be a Judge on Monday.

Third up is Sindays entree:
Lamb Chops trimmed, rubbed with Presto and Vac Pac to suck in that marinade.

Now will all that upcoming goodness tonight is light Hors D'oeuvre:
Stilton cheese with mango and ginger, Capers, Caviar, Feta and Mozilla Cheese marinated in Herb Infused Olive Oil with a variety of olives, Sour Creame and a chilled German Riesling wine:

A morsel of pure deliciousness:

First up today is the day Sweetie as she says "puts up the beans".
Vac Pac and frozen for one meal servings for two.
The produces enough we still have beans frozen from last summer.

Second up is my day two of my Three Days Spare Ribs Experiment.
Out of the fridge from yesterday, removed from Vac Pac, on the Grid Iron, add some Mohunken Butt Rub and smoke at 215.  Will finished tomorrow.  Mike will be here so it will he be an impartial judge.

Third up will be the Grilled Lamb Chops that have been marinating in pesto.

Everything looks delicious!! I'm interested in that Caviar Brand and where would a person go to get it. I have always wanted to try Caviar but know nothing about it. I have had flying fish roe on my sushi and do like that.

"I have had flying fish roe on my sushi and do like that.".

Well than you had the low priced end of Caviar and to me the $10 dollar jar at Kroger or Publix tastes the same as high priced end $170 a ounce Caviar Tsar Imperial Ossetra Caviar I had while in Germany.
Bottom line just buy some from your local grocery store.

PS. Had to look at old pictures to fine that Caviar name.
