Lamp Chops fresh with spices and herbs:

Add a pesto of rosemary, time, garlic, oregano, basil and more plus infused olive oils and other spices.

Vac Pac to merry up overnight:

Grill on a medium hot grill for 2 minutes per side and move to indirect heat until, for us, internal temp of 130 degrees.

Remove and foil to rest for 10 minutes:

Simple light Sunday dinner:

"Mary had a little lamb, and she named him Lamb Chop...

She fed him grass, and fed him hay.....

And he wound up at the Butcher's Shop...

Poor Mary, and poor lamb it always ends this way -

But HAPPY, HAPPY family, because ...

Sunday is usually SPAM day!"

Thanks....it was a moment of weakness, when my internal dialogue mechanism failed - i.e  - a "pre-caffeine" issue... :D :D :D

My wife doesn't eat it either but it doesn't stop me! When my son and I have lamb she fends for herself without to much complaint. Usually a grilled cheese or scrambled eggs and toast, both of which she loves. I like 'em to but not for supper!
