Was wanting a snack last night, no chips, candy, ice cream.

So

I settled on 2 cans of cajun boil pnuts.

Into the PC for 6 mins.



WOOO HOOO

Pressure cooker boil pnuts.

Those look excellent!  Something I have never tried.  Heck, I don't even have a PC.  How often do you use your PC... and what types of things do you use it for?

I make all kinds of stuff..hard boiled eggs..1 dozen - 6 minutes..potato salad- potatoes and eggs..6 minutes..fresh veggies..various times..soups..am getting rid of old shaker top models..can't go wrong with this electric one.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I use it allot. Same as Pam 6 mins (rice risotto setting) dozen eggs perfect hard boil and the shells come right off. If you use x-large eggs i find 6-8 work better. My next venture is pulled pork.

The pnuts were on the rice/risotto setting. After the 6 mins i left the pressure closed for 3 mins then released.

The PC is perfect for us full time RV'rs. Next i'm going to try the Nu-Wave digital air cooker. We have 2 of the Nu Wave PIC cook tops, work great and we don't have to use LPG and get the 5th wheel all hot.
