No mancave here, but lucky to have room in our two-car garage for one car (usually Mrs Hikerman's just because) my toys and a refrigerator. As far as beer I'm partial to Sierra Nevada, New Glarus, and New Belgium products. Right now there's  just 2 btls of New Glarus (my favorite) 7 or 8 Fat Tires and Friends from N.B. (which I'm very fond of) in the home fridge and at least 12 Sierra Nevada Summerfests in the garage, oh and we have Coors for non-believers out there as well. Mrs Hikerman is due back tomorrow so I'm sure those numbers will change! 8) ;)

Wow they are stilll making Grain Belt?
Whenever I'm on the deep backroads of Wisconsin I see beer-sign-lights of beers I thought went under 30 years ago but are still going....albeit under new ownership!

Yes, Grain Belt is brewed by Schells in New Ulm Minnesota, they have an excellent brewery tour and gift shop

I am lucky with having three man caves.

One is in the basement. It is my Genesis Room with all things Genesis on the walls. It has guitars, Poster & pictures some signed by the members of the band. It also is my theater concert room with a projector.

Two is above the garage. It is my sports room with all things from the Baseball & football Cardinals, Jets, Blues, Bruins & Celtics. Some are signed or rare. It has a big screen TV with 5.1 SS

Three is out by the grill with my Saint Louis Cardinals Seats from the old stadium. Grill area & pool. It also has an outdoor projector for movies with 5.1 SS

As far as beer I am a simple person Bud (Cardinals beer) & Mich Ultra.
Big Easy IR fryer
Margaritaville Tailgating Grill. (Jets)
Char-Broil Grill2Go X200
Pizza Pronto Gas Pizza oven & WOK
Coleman Portable Propane Fryer
Sears 4 burner gas G

Weber 22 inch Chal

No true man cave here. The two car garage I have enough room for a double wide fridge for my beer, a little table, an electric heater and a card table chair. I set out there in the winter and smoke since I don't smoke in the house. In the summer I set on my smoke deck and smoke and smoke meat too! In my fridge you will always find a 30 pack of Keystone light or a part of a pack. Never gets below 6 beers! :). With Sandman so close I can replenish pretty fast. He sells a lot of craft beer too so you will usually find some in my fridge. I like Deschutes, Leinenkugel, Yuengling and lately have been buying Yellow Springs Brewery's Saison style; but at 8% I can't drink many of those. I drink enough beer that's why I drink Keystone Light, at 50 cents a beer I can drink cheap and last through cooking supper!!! :) Smokin Don
Traeger 07E pellet smoker

I am not aging, just marinating
I think I am starting to age!

I always have a Sam Adams seasonal variety case (from Costco), Sam Adams Oktoberfest, Paulaner Oktoberfest and Guinnes.  After that I have an assortment of beers people have brought over or ones that looked interesting.

Bill
Large Big Green Egg, Traeger BBQ075, NBBD, La Caja China, Brinkman All-In-One, Weber Q200, Weber Q220, Weber Q320, WSM, and more Weber kettles than I care to admit.

In my beer fridge downstairs next to my man cave, right now I have my Coors Light, Shiner Bock, Blue Moon, Corona and Guinness and 5 bottles of wine. I keep a bottle of Tito's vodka chilling in the freezer compartment.

In the downstairs "Diner" fridge, there may or may not be any beer. In the other fridge down there, I don't think I have any. In the the kitchen fridge I have some wine and in the garage fridge I have some Landshark Lager and Guinness Extra Stout. The stout is for cooking with and the lager is what I drink in the rare occasion that I do drink a beer. I might have one in a minute though!
A revolving door of cookers and smokers. Some are keepers, some are here today, gone tomorrow!
