Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Yesterday afternoon I decided to make some broccoli and cheese soup for dinner last night.

Started with a glass of wine and chopping an onion.



Done! Just had to make some garlic, butter and olive oil croutons.



I added more broccoli than it called for. We like our soup with some substance to it.

That does look delicious.
Broccoli soup used to be on of our rotation meals, but V can no longer have any thing with vitamin K in it.

Looks excellent Nate! Very nice job!  Now slide me a bowl please! :D
I enjoy opening up a btl of vino and taking my time, enjoying the cook, that most call work. Slow it down and enjoy! ;)
