Turtle, thanks for the link. I'll look into it. I have an A-Maze-N pellet smoker, the actual "maze" kind but not a tube. That could easily be remedied though ;) The first one I do will be sans smoke though. I am sure it'll be tasty, at least that IS the hope I have going into it, lol.

That's the one he used (AMNPS). Took off the Caja China top end panels and placed the lit AMNPS on the top rack.

OBTW, I'm not sure that it's a requirement but I'm told that unless your favorite line is, "Hold my beer and watch this," the rig probably works better outside. I have to admit, however, that it is an attractive addition to any room. Jes' sayin'.

Lol, yep. We had just got it put together when she took the pics. It'll be taken out before lighting up :D

I got an e-mail today with someone asking if the uuni could be used indoors. Really? I guess I'll let darwin's law sort that one out ;)

I told Albert to get a piece of glass cut for the top of his.... It would make a nice coffee table. I don't think I'll be alone around Silvia for a while.  ::) :D"

Pig roast!!!! Woo hoo......

RG, you better be nice to that woman of yours.  Most of us live under threats of violence if we bring home "another damn smoker, grill or any more crap for the porch"!
