Ok after working late all week, I finally got a chance to use my new Misen knife. Made some pressure cooker chili last night so got a light workout from the knife. Chopped onions, peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Rather than a tool, the knife performed like a fine instrument. Great balance, and extremely sharp. Tonight I believe a stir-fry is what's for dinner, so a bit more of a test. But so far it seems like a sweet deal.
