Stuffed Shells and Italian Twist Bread
« Reply #-1 on: November 03, 2016, 08:00:25 PM »

I used some of my homemade Hot and regular Italian sausage to meke stuffed pasta shell for dinner this evening. before starting with that I threw together a bread dough for making an Italian twist loaf of bread. I knew I should have used just half the dough. Lol...... This thing proofed really big so much so it's almost not twist bread anymore.

The pan of stuffed shells.

This really was braided! It was coming out longer than I expected so I made it in an S shape.

Dinner served with a nice salad.(dressing of choice with mine being Caeser)

The bread came out pretty damn delicious! In fact the shell were some of the best cooking this week they were that good.

Delicious!!!!!

On the bread thing, I was doing some errands earlier today and had intended to stop at Dorignac's and pick up a loaf of their Italian twist bread but forgot. I got home when I rememberd about it and decided to just make a homemade loaf myself. Very good! Only thing is I used up the last of sesame seed I had. I need to remember to get some more real soon!
