My first ribs done on the Big Easy.

Smoked with lumberjack Hickory maple cherry
Ribs were not wrapped and smoked until tooth pick went through like butter. Very tender and juicy

Also smoked  rib tips and let them fry in their own fat where some honey barbecue sauce

the one at the bottom  wrapped around the  cage bone side out was more juicy and more of a foiled texture probably because the fat was dripping and steaming up from the bottom.

The ones that were hung had a fried texture  just the right amount of bite juicy my family much prefer the hung ones. ribs were extremely good

the rib tips were the real winner very good flavor
