Condiments are a sort of a regional thing. Heck - here in the S.E. it is common to get a hamburger with coleslaw piled on it. I can't do it. It is sacrilege to me. Kinda like smashing the baked potato down onto your steak...Just fundamentally lack of respect for the food... But, really what ever you like - you like. No rules. Just enjoy it and have fun!
