3 lbs. of pistachios on the pellet grill @170F burning apple pellets. Following Smokin Don's fine recipe for Hot Pistachios except not using Penzey's sandwich sprinkle. Substituting Weber's Chicago Steak Seasoning and Italian seasoning mixed 50:50 instead, and using 1 1/2 T of Tabasco per lb. These will go fast at our family's Thanksgiving gathering.
