What I don't under stand is that I've deleted the app from my I Pad and it keeps on happening.
Deleting the app won't stop the pop-up you're seeing. If you access any forum that's running the tapatalk plugin through a mobile browser (instead of through tapatalk), then you are apt to get the notification.
For
MOST mobile users, after you click "Cancel" the first time it appears, the notification stops appearing (depending upon your settings). If you have your browser set to NOT accept cookies, or to clear cache on exit, then you will get the pop-up notification every browsing session when you enter the forum.
This tapatalk notification issue is a common complaint.
