If we take our "meds" most days are good days!

I don't like taking meds at all.

 I even go without pain meds after surgery if at all possible.

I hear you Tommy! I personally think Drs dole out way too many pharmaceuticals.
But, in saying that, about a month ago I forgot to take my a.m. meds. I felt terrible all day, then I thought that I was going to have to call an ambulance, a heart attack felt imminent. No sleep, then after getting up next day realized what I HADN'T done! Very scary....so I take them diligently now but hoping thru diet that I will be off soon.

Tommy..you have to keep up with the pain or it takes longer to come back and heal..ask any nurse or dr.  I recently got hubby out of a nursing home, but had to call every 6 hours, day and night just so he could get his pain meds on time..just do it.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
