Trimmed a Little Bit of Basil
« Reply #-1 on: July 15, 2017, 06:28:39 PM »
Mrs H needed 3 cups of basil for a batch of pesto, so off I went with a pair of scissors. I've got 2 large containers with 3 plants each, and they needed to be pruned.....so after their haircut, this is what I got.  8)

you just can't beat fresh homegrown herbs.  And they're so easy to grow.  That pesto is going to be special!
Sometimes you have to go in a circle to reach your destination.

Same gritters and turkeys in the yard all the time too.  They won't stay put of the garden.  I got me a super soaker for them.  Hee, hee.  8)
