After Mike showed a pic of his zaycon bacon i order a case or two along with some chicken breast, NYS, hamburger meat, and shrimp.  Thanks Mike.

Question is on the bacon. It comes in 3# packs and i typically cook 1# on Sundays. How do you guys keep bacon fresh after it has been defrosted and you're not ready to cook all of it? Can it be refrozen?
Love to cook and eat

I too have this issue. I typically binge all three pounds. I would be a fan of two pound packages. The bacon is excellent quality

The last one I cooked the whole thing on my griddle when the kids were here. There were plenty of leftovers so my wife vacuum sealed it and put it in the freezer. I pulled one package out the other night and threw it in the sous vide at 135 for an hour, then threw it back on the griddle with some burgers I was doing to add a little more crispiness to it. It was just like fresh cooked.
