Thats a tough choice for me. It was between spare rib and beef.

I love beef ribs ....when they are good. I have made them a few time and they just did not turn out right, just too rich of a flavor. So I picked spare ribs...With those I can trim the "flap" and save it for making sausage. :thumbup:

I like beef ribs best, BUT I rarely cook 'em....

Typically pork ribs and usually St Lous cut,  rarely see good beef ribs in my local store so rarely make them

I voted BB because thats what we do the most of. They are easy, forgiving and good. 
I love beef ribs when I can find good ones.

I haven't cooked enough beef ribs to do it right, but would love to learn.  :)
