  I like Blue cheese burgers. Had one from the Bleus Burger food truck Saturday night that was awesome.  Never thought about a BCD though.  Will have to give it a try.

Blue cheese on burgers and steak is awesome. Never thought of doing a brat or dog with it. Sounds mighty good though.
