Little treat from the great Minnesota get together

As some of you may know the Minnesota State Fair is an institution in my state. It is the most attended fair in the country based on number of days. I love going every year.

Went to the Spam booth and purchased some flavors that aren't available around here. Can't wait to try them.

My family would always give the eye when I would eat it, until they tried it. Now I can't keep in the house.

We toured the Spam Museum several years back.  Aside from the different flavors they sold there, the history of Spam is quite interesting. 

My mother used to cook Spam on a griddle and serve it on white bread with mustard and relish.  I still like it today.  My wife, not so much.

I love Spam1I like it most anyway you can serve it. My wife thinks I am crazy for throwing some on the grill when I am cooking ribs, it is a little treat for me.
