I don't have a pellet pooper (I am too old to learn new things) but I worked for Academy Sports before the 4th time I retired. I ran the shipping and receiving and all the busted bags of smoking wood, charcoal, wood pellets, etc would come to me for disposal. The B&B pellets I would put in foil packets and throw on my Weber kettle while cooking. I would also sprinkle some around the side of my Big East while cooking. I know it is not smoking but I had some nice hints of smoke flavor
