Amazen tube advice
« Reply #89 on: November 25, 2018, 12:01:07 PM »
So I bought an Amazen tube recently and I am looking for a reliable torch to buy so I can effectively light the pellets in the tube.
Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Boston butt question!
« Reply #98 on: December 30, 2018, 05:34:02 PM »
Has anyone ever smoked a butt and then frozen it for future use? I'm going to do 5-6 butts for my son's graduation this spring and obviously I can't do them in the PBC all at once. What's the best way to store them?

Brandless knives

I took a chance on ordering some knives from a Facebook ad before Christmas. They came in yesterday. 3 bucks apiece. For around 35 bucks, how can I go wrong? Steel looks good, fairly sharp out of the box. Nice rubbery feel handles riveted in. Time will tell of course
