Sunday cooking for future meals

I like to cook stuff to throw in the freezer for a quick meal. Today's cook was more Cowboy Goulash like I made recently. I love this stuff!

Steph currently has a turkey on the Pit Boss, so she'll post that a little later I imagine.

Here's my pot of goodness.





It is supposed to be 6 servings, I made it into 4 ;)

A revolving door of cookers and smokers. Some are keepers, some are here today, gone tomorrow!
