Hello from Portland, Oregon.   I'm recently retired and have time for Yet-Another-Hobby(tm). I've been grilling and smoking on a Weber Kettle, and it's time for an upgrade and to learn new ways to cook and new recipes.  I'm looking at adding a pellet grill to the mix sometime soon.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and learning new ways to cook!

What T says! I have the 2star, and right at this moment 3 racks of baby backs are due to come off it in 10 minutes. Welcome from north of Seattle.
