Searing on pellet grill

The only thing I’ve found with the Pit Boss has a fairly small area to open for searing. Hope some of you may have some ideas would be helpful.

Good video Lines searing is easy but it’s such a small area when cooking for a group.

Yeah, our Davy Crockett doesn't have an open sear option at all. You can buy a separate grate that will work I think, but I just use our small charcoal grill for searing.

I think Smoke Daddy has a insert for pellet grills so you can high heat grill...………..

Think I got it chicken thighs tonight and the skin is crispy thanks smokeasaurus I’ll look at that.
