Cheeseburger on French
« Reply #-1 on: June 24, 2020, 06:35:15 AM »

We had burgers on French bread here last night.

Of course the skies decided to open up as I began to cook outdoors on the patio. For a second I thought there was a tornado out in front of the house.

Started off with griddling a large diced onion.

Then I put some hand cut fries in my new electric fryer.

Burgers went on next.......

Then it was time to eat!!!

I tried crunchy fried pickles on this one. Not bad.

Are you accepting applications for renters? If you are, and meals are included in the rent, I would very much like to get an application filled out. This post actually made me hungry. Could smell the grilled onions through the monitor. Looking and sounding fantastic Cajunate.

Thinking "outside the box" again.

That looks like a mighty good burger. Who would have thought to use bread like that for a bun?

Almost any poboy shop/restaurant here sell burgers on French(poboy/Poor Boy)bread. Not my creation.  Another really good on is hot sausage patty sandwich on French. Mmmmmmm........ I may have to do those next week.
